I don’t think I would have got to the position I’m in and the level of comfort that I have now, without the help of Andrew Day and the Depledge team.
Paul
The results that I’ve had since moving to Depledge have surpassed my expectations.
Bernadine
He obviously does a magic trick of some sort and is always looking out for his clients.

The financial advice for my retirement has been first class.

When I first met Andrew, I was invested in a pension which, unbeknownst to me, had been performing really badly. One of the first things that Andrew advised was to move that pension and consolidate it into a wider portfolio. That was probably one of the best things that I did. I had savings plans, ISAs, and bits and bobs here and there. Andrew did a thorough spring clean of my finances, then reinvested, advised, and constructed a portfolio that he felt best suited my needs.
I think it’s important for me to be able to trust somebody that I work with. Andrew has always struck me as a very personable man; he’s very friendly, I like him as a person, and I trust him as a financial adviser.

I was looking for some reassurance for the future, so I met with Adrian and was quickly convinced that Depledge was a company that I could work with and trust. I speak with Adrian whenever I need to, but he keeps in touch with me every few months to advise me on what’s happening. I get reports, which I find very interesting and informative, and I must say that so far, I’ve been delighted with the results.
Adrian is very thorough, and he puts across the thoughts and his advice in a way that is in no way pushy – it’s very much what works for you. My original plan was to work until I’m close to 65 but I now feel that I will be looking to retire earlier than that – maybe 62 or 63 – and a lot of that is down to the advice that I’ve received and results that I’ve achieved with Depledge.

That’s the important thing: I can trust Andrew. I feel he’s always giving me advice with my investments – if he feels that the company is not doing as well, then he will contact me and say, “Right, we need to make a change”. 12 years ago, my husband died, and when that happens, it’s very dramatic. I wasn’t sure where our investments or a lot of things were, so Andrew came into his own and came to the house and sorted me out.
Because I like to travel, I think it goes to prove that the money is there for me to spend. If he hadn’t chosen the right investments, then obviously things could be totally different.

When I retired in 2005, we were with Scottish Widows, and at that particular point in time, they didn’t have the facilities to do a drawdown. He advised me to go to another company that did, and the pension drawdown is still in operation – and it’s been absolutely terrific. The returns on that have been great.
